Toronto players are always going to be under more pressure from the media, why do we have to add to that? Why make it harder to play in Toronto than anywhere else? How far has that strategy gotten us? It's time to face a fact, these droves of 2-way power forwards who love to have their feet held to the flames for 82 games a year just aren't coming. It's probably time to look into making Toronto an attractive place to play.

i've seen the rants for years. yes.. its tougher to play in toronto. it's not exactly easy to play in montreal, new york, philly.. etc. it's not like toronto is the only difficult place in the world to play pro hockey.

these guys make millions off of those same fans support.

when was the last time a player openly balked about how miserable it was to play in toronto?
