I've got no problem with him staying with Eakins, but the Leafs needs are exactly what he brings to the table. Creativity, speed and a quick puck mover from the back end.
I've not seen him play the past ten games with the Marlies, but from all accounts he has found his game again.
Liles is the definition of soft this season and if they can find a taker, you gotta think he is traded in the next 30 days.

rehearsed friday night had the show saturday night..

sunday i did a bit of cleaning and then just hung out with the gf.

got a couple weekends with no shows ( as it stands right now) looking forward to doing a touch of drying out.. a lil more time at the gym

I read on another site that he's still struggling/not playing well in his own end of the rink..So while not having the chance to watch his play it's hard to know where he's at in terms of play..

Carlyle will not put a guy in there just because he can provide points from the blueline

defense first with carlyle.. if you cant shut the opposition down, you wont be in the game, plain and simple
