Doesn't say a thing about a list being provided every year before the season. It just says that it can be modified on June 15th. When the contract was originally signed, he had a list of 12 teams and every June 15th he can change it if he wants to.

Obviously, if he asked for a trade right now, Nonis is being considerate enough to accept the list outside of the required date because it's not like Komisarek is important and Nonis has any reason to nail him down to the team.

Right.... but as of now we do not have any facts that that is happening. It's fine to assume (assume the same thing, I don't think anyone doesn't) but I'm not passing it off as fact.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Komi wave his NMC so he could go on waivers so another team can pick him up. Or at least play on the minor league level.

Do you have any idea how stupid it would be for Strickland to report about the list if it was submitted eight months ago? Obviously, he's reporting a new list. And why would a new list be created? Gasp! Because Komisarek asked for a trade.

He didn't report that, only that there is a list..... he didn't say anything other than that. You're assuming.
