Dreger reports that he EXPECT something and Strickland reports something that is REQUIRED as per his NMC and now we have it as fact.

Didn't Strickland report Louon8o would be a leaf as soon as the CBA was signed?

There's nothing on Capgeek that says he must supply a list at the start of each season. All it says is that he can modify any list he makes in June.

The fact that we know is that both Dreger and Strickland, two very reputable insiders, are saying Komisarek wants a trade.

If he had any source at all that said Komi asked for a trade, he would have said he has asked for a trade.

Posted this earlier...... UG says that only time a list is needed is when they are asking them to waive.

He HAS TO provide a list, but somehow that lists existence means he asked for a trade.

Any news if Komisarek has asked for a trade?

Doesn't say a thing about a list being provided every year before the season. It just says that it can be modified on June 15th. When the contract was originally signed, he had a list of 12 teams and every June 15th he can change it if he wants to.

Obviously, if he asked for a trade right now, Nonis is being considerate enough to accept the list outside of the required date because it's not like Komisarek is important and Nonis has any reason to nail him down to the team.

Burkie even discussed that. He said he and Beuch provide lists, and they can be altered, but they have to sign off on it annually.
