My second point was about Patrick Roy or Ron Rolston, or anyone new and unproven being a total crapshoot. I'd feel better with someone that has experience and a good playoff record.

BTW, I respect Lindy a ton, but he wore his welcome out about 5 years ago due to his ineffectiveness at being outcoached in the playoffs (when he did lead us there). That game 7 against Boston was pathetic, and losing to Philly the way we did was even worse. No killer instinct with the Ruffster, so Bu-Bye

Then when we get Vanek back our lines could look like this:
Foligno-Hodgson-Pominville
Ott-Ennis-Gerbe
Vanek-Grigorenko-Stafford

That could give us 3 lines that score fairly consistently

or use chambord instead of cherry....no
