I still think its a case of simple GM backscratching/collusion....sometime between this trade deadline, july 1st and next TD, a deal will go down between the flames and the avs and it will look like like salary dumping or something of the sort...meanwhile its just a favour being returned....this makes much more sense than everyone including the agent, mostly lawyers by the way who are trained to dissect CBA's and contracts and find loopholes, playing (frank)ing stupid....

sorry I dont believe it for second..they're all lawyers who get paid to cross their t's and dot their eyes....the new cba is accessible electronically if anything at all...I mean think about it....an agreement worth BILLIONS of dollars that teams lost millions of dollars trying to agree on....with the trade deadline less than a month away....and you think for 1 second that they don't have access to the fine print yet?...please
