That's why I never liked what Grabbo signed for. That might have set a bad precident when it comes to re-signing Kessel & Kadri. I think the Leafs should offer Kessel 5 years at $6.5 per & for Kadri, offer him for now since he still has to prove himself over an 82 game schedule. $4.5 over say 2 years. I think it may be harder to re-sign Kadri for some reason. He may want much more than he's worth at this time.

I guess we should address the thread. While O'Reilly is better defensively, Kadri has soooooo much upside offensivly. Plus Kadri is getting better at playing an all around game. While O'Reilly has a great chance to be as great as say a Brind'Amour, Kadri has a chance to be even better, to become an elite NHL forward.
