In Ontario, almost 29 per cent of the population is obese, up from almost 24 per cent in 2009.

In Quebec, rates remains fairly stable, just below 24 per cent.

Obesity levels are currently highest in the Maritimes, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories, where rates are greater than 30 per cent — even topping 35 per cent in some areas.

I have been member of the PQ for a few months now. Yesterday was my first meeting and it was pretty boring.

As I've said previously, I'm just there to see how it's done behind the scenes, to get a few questions answered and to bring my ideas. No way you're going to see me harass people to vote for the PQ through the phone or stuff like that.
