Eller is more physical now and 3 points in his last 5 games. 6'2 and 210 pounds.. sounds like a decent center.
- RENATO6

Pajaarvi is a 21 years old LW. I would make that deal.

Team wins, everyone wants to trade players.....
- Symba007

Easier to trade players when they do well than when they suck.

How about Sam Gagner and MPS for Galchenyuk and Tinordi?

Ur overrating Galchenyuk. He isn't going to be Marian Hossa 2.0 IMO.

The way the team is performing at the moment, I don't see a trade happening unless it's very similar to the Cole trade. Lateral move for the time being, financial in the long term for us, player going the other way has some up side for the other team.

Edmonton needs to get better defensively and Habs have reportedly been listening to offers for Moen. I'd say if anything is on the horizon with Edmonton,
Moen is the player being shopped and we are getting an expiring contract coming back. It won't be a blockbuster. Not with Habs sitting in 1st.

Wonder if Oilers would rather have Seguin, Huberdeau or Lande and Galchenyuk over their 3?

yea I like him too. Eller for him straight up?
- AGalchenyuk27

What do you like about Paajarvi?

He can't find his place on the team no matter when he has been called up.

Paajarvi is the kind of player that you get as a thrown in for a draft pick or another prospect who is having a hard time fitting in

no. bergevin should wait until they suck balls and then trade players to get rid of them instead of to make the team better.

Underrated in the sense that with Hall, Eberle, Yakupov and Nugent-Hopkins, nobody gives a (frank) about him.

Eller is a 7th overall pick who is starting to piece it together under Therrien.
His upside seems to be Plekanec 2.0 with a bit more size. He makes 1.5M for this year and next. Why would we trade him unless we are getting something significantly better in return?

Aren't we looking for centers? Eller in his last few years has had 17 points, 28 points and for a full season would be on pace for 44 this year. That sounds like a player that is improving.
