So somebody in Hamilton won that big lotto. Guess there'll be somebody getting their power turned back on tomorrow. Hopefully it's some dude that's worked his hands to the bone for 40 years or a single mother who's gone through the wringers to give her kids a shot at something. But chances are it's a (frank)ing welfare bum.

Congrats on winning the lotto.

I figured that after killing everything in sight and wearing tiger skin on my Richard would make it difficult to integrate back into a 9-5 job so I stayed on the island...death by snuh snuh

Maybe I should be on welfare. I go to houses, the people can't speak english, to reconnect their power and they come walking down stair cases longer than my steps up to my apartment and tell me that "ontario works" is paying this bill...in whatever (frank)ing accent these people have. It really is sickening. It's always, "my worker was supposed to take care of this" They are so (frank)ing lazy they can't call the welfare office to make sure that their bills are taken care of for them.

Hey man it would be very uncanadian if we didn't let these unskilled and uneducated people with no money come here and have their families of 10 benefit from all our social programs where they don't have to pay taxes and it is the responsiblity of the working class to make sure they get it!

I'm just pissed off at life in general so I need to vent from time to time. Had a funny one the other day. Some white guy.

"Hey man, I'm gonna get that limiter off. Give me a minute and you'll be good to go" (a limiter is what they use in the winter so people can have heat. lets them run their furnace and other stuff...15 amps, if they go over, it pops and they have to go outside to reset it. but with all the stuff these days you can run your comp, tv, a few lights, fridge...just no microwaves or stoves)

Him "They really (frank)ed up on this one. They weren't allowed to do this"

Me. "How come?"

Him "I have small kids in here. Now I've got a lawyer on their ass"

Me "Kids don't run on power"

Him "I couldn't even feed them"

Me "Yeah, it doesn't matter."

Him "They have to give at least 24 hours notice"

Me "That's what the first 2 notices you get in the mail explains. Then when they leave the phone message about your past due account. Then somebody would come out to leave a notice at your property. Then a final phone call is made a week before the collection agent comes out"

Him "I never got any of those"

Me "Of course not, nobody ever does"

Him "Well if I was home this wouldn't have happened. I wouldn't have let him on my property"

Me "Do you know what easement means sir? "

Him "I would have called the police. Then who'd be laughing"

Me. "The police officer?"

Him "Why?"

Me "Ok my man, let's get this set up. Your power will go off for 10 seconds or so but when it comes back on you'll be good to go"

Him "Ok, just let me shut off my playstation"

Nobody ever says they were just broke and couldn't pay it. It's always a clerical error either from the bank or the utility. The regulars are the best. 3 months in a row I've had to go back to a house. Never his fault...they have the accounts mixed up or some poop. Yet he's paying 700 bucks each time.
