Sometimes we say stuff that in retrospect we shouldn't have (even refs and like my earlier response to you) but then you get some who just can't let it go and keep harping on it, over and over, it becomes frustrating. - LeafMan
I'm neutral. I love you guys, sometimes hate you guys, but I won't whine to you guys via a PM. At least I don't think I do......oh, only the one time Howard came on here and banned me for something stupid I said, which in hindsight was pretty stupid. I think I was hitting on Atomic Wedgie, coming on a little too strong if you know what i mean. Anyways, back to the most important topic of the day! Should we give Kadri #13! |

This is getting confusing. It is not clear if a team that signs a RFA, has to put the player on waivers in order to join the team. There are two schools of thought here. Contract ambiguity I believe is at play. - faceto27
The thing that I don't get is that if this is a new rule that means they discussed it during the lockout, but they can't remember what they agreed on. Right? |

He wasn't alone in not knowing. A number of GM's are just as guilty. - faceto27
but those gm's weren't stupid enough to offer o'reilly 10 million bucks.....I guarantee you that Nonis would have read a couple documents first.
feaster is an absolute joke.....and sadly, the flames will be too if he isn't fired. |

It is clear, RFA's signed halfway through a season don't pass through waivers. If he accepts an offer sheet it's as though he was a UFA and all foreign UFA's signed during a season need to pass waivers to enter the league. - AdamFrench
Bob McKenzie @TSNBobMcKenzie
BTW, if COL didn't match and CGY got ROR, CGY would've been obligated to put him on waivers. No provision for paying him not to play.

Yeah, as long as the poster trying to PM gets a message saying they are blocked I don't see an issue. |

I am curious if he's that centre for Kessel......but I'm worried trying it could be a disaster too. I just know every time he's on the ice, I get into the play, and it hasn't been that way for me since Mogilny was here. |

this is almost as stupid as not making sure your fax machine works before trying to trade Antropov for Lecavalier. |

I'ma quote my good friend Habby on this:
"You know who was amazing for 19 games? Pierre Dagenais".
This being said, he's having a great season no doubt about it. |

My take on it, he will start to try and force feed every pass to Kessel and not try what he did last night, my opinion. |
