You guys think Kadri will play with Lupul when he gets back? Frattin and Kadri were starting to have some really nice chemistry before his injury too.

They are getting there. I like the new coach... I like the style they play, I don't like all the mistakes. I know they are young. But.....BUT....frank

I hear ya. I think they are shocked at having to play responsibly. Sometimes they look half decent other times really pooey. Eventually they will get it. Hardest thing i imagine for a player is to go from Wilson to Carlyle. But (and i have no idea what goes on behind the scenes) the guys seem to be willing to learn and go with it. NO matter what goes on, game to game, talking about trading players and such, us making the playoffs in general is a HUGE step forward.

So with the Leafs taking control of the game shouldn't the Isle's captain pick a fight with Orr or McLaren? Streit needs to motivate and lead!!!!!!!!

Today was dominated by one of the stupidest hockey debates I can remember. No, you never have to fight when you're a big minutes defenseman trying to kill a 5 minute major against some douche who picks his spots. What really drives me crazy is that Prust was laughing at Phaneuf on the bench for not fighting him after he refused to fight McLaren earlier. I used to like Prust but he's absolutely gutless.

That's what I was thinking...Lupul would look good with Kadri, and Frattin already has some good chemistry with him. It's nice to have some good offensive depth waiting in the wings, even if the Leafs don't really have the top end talent of some other teams.

I think my signed Kadri rookie card just went up 30 cents!!
