If we could make sure the pick we gave up is 15th or later I would do it, and try my best to trade Grab, Mac, Komi, Liles for as many picks as we could. That would be an upgrade imo

O'Reilly is way better defensively and has already shown he can put up 55 points all while being way younger.

Calgary really is stubborn about making 8th place. They have had great chances to unload Iginla, Kiprusoff and rebuild but they absolutely refuse to do it instead choosing to delay the inevitable for 8th place. Really, really stupid franchise.
