Anyway, everyone is calling out Letang and Pens should trade him. Just remember your next best D man is Orpik who is older, broken and slightly above average. After that, it's a bunch of rookies and Paul Martin.

Cooke getting robbed was a huge game changer though. Pens had some life until after that save on cooke

Outside the box, with ROR reupping what do you think of Jamie McGinn. 24 yrs old, 6-1 210lbs. Has some snipes and can drop the gloves. Will not cost much. Bortuzzo or Engo and a third?

I've come to the conclusion that he's a huge headcase.

I've brought this up before, but 2 years ago in the worst of the injury days, so many guys were out that everyone seemed to get the alternate captain "A" at some point.... Talbot, Cooke, even Adams. The only Cup winning guys who didn't were TK & Letang. Letang was a "core" player and an all star that year, and I thought it was odd.

Then how he lost his marbles in the Flyers series, and his mental mistakes and even play this year has only re-enforced that.

I'd like to see Cooke do more, I also think missing Asham or Rupp type players hurts.
