If punching it in the nose doesn't work, the next course of action would be to get the shark in a headlock and try and drown it.

Apparently that guy managed to fight it off after the first run at him but when it came back he was finished.

This is why I don't swim in the ocean. Same reason I don't hike in Bigfoot territory or anywhere there are Grizzlies, wolves and cougars.

The only thing that rules more than these dumb asses getting bitten in half by sharks is the underlined.

Also .... remind me to never be in need of emergency help on your patrol beat.

Ok guys whats the latest on a Mez return? one or two weeks? Also if/when Read comes back. I dont know what the heck you do with Briere. Guys are going to get hurt I know. But really, Read gets back, what the hell do you do with Briere?

Ideally, the lines would look like

Hartnell-Giroux-Voracek
Simmonds-Schenn-Read
Gagne-Couturier-Talbot
Wellwood-Fedotenko-Rinaldo

I'd play him at center. Who knows WTF Lavi will do. Giroux, Briere, Schenn, Coots. Those are the centers. The young guys may have to suck up some ego and play a shut down or energy line role at times. As I said before, Primeau gracefully did it as Captain. Schenn and Coots can fill a niche as sophmores. I am tired of Talbot/Read/Rusty at center.

OK. Well mabye "Gracefully" was being a bit gracious. He did quash his ego for the most part though, and fill that shutdown center role in Hitch's system. My point is, if a captain can make that adjustment, a guy with one year under his belt can too. The whole crest on the front, not the name on the back thing...

What is the picks package that would come back for O'Reilley? Flames suck so I'd be tempted to go ahead and take the picks.

If they're really going to do a rebuild, he's not a bad piece. Good two way center, capable of putting up points and can play in all situations.

I wonder how much they offered? If I was Colorado I'd snag those picks and trade us one of their young D.
