MJL to the white courtesy phone...Carter's honor is in need of defense again

All the experts say to simply punch the great white in the nose and it will swim away. Never ceases to amaze me how dumb people are.

I'm sure people panic and forget. Not everyone is cool under press

Sorry had a freak attack, I saw a bug that looked like a spider. But I got the kids to check and it was some lint.

That they would get in the water where there are Great White Sharks or that they think punching one in the nose will save their lives?

The nose of a shark is ultra sensitive, if a swimmer encounters one you hit it on the nose and it goes away.

Assuming you saw it coming and it hasn't reduced your appendages to stumps, of course.

(frank)ing amazing predators, those beasts. One more way nature keeps (most of) us humble.

The only thing that rules more than these dumb asses getting bitten in half by sharks is the underlined.

That's great. The next time you're swimming with four Great White Sharks and a 14 footer attacks you, let me know how that works for you.

I'm thinking it's a lot like scaring a Tiger off by kicking it in the balls.

If punching it in the nose doesn't work, the next course of action would be to get the shark in a headlock and try and drown it.

i'd go for a 3-stooges eye poke.
the fins are way too short to allow for the standard blocking technique
