I truly believe we will see some changes in the near future.

I think the Isles will announce they are moving to Brooklyn this offseason, and Wang is selling team.

Well written...He mentions one of my points which is how 5x5 play has to fall on the system when we're so good on the pk.

This team is talented enough to make the playoffs but lacks a certain 'it' factor. Toughness is part of it since it seems we have no mix of size/talent. Still ultimately the Isles change of attitude has to begin behind the bench and Cappy is clearly in over his head.

The only one I do is Black Ops...though I'm not as good as some of these kids. I only do the zombies one. I keep hoping I run into KO so I can scream into the mic :

Since people have a a problem with my negativity I am here to say what an awesome amazing come back the Islanders had last night. KO is the next Gretzky mark my words. He is on his way to big things in the future. 100 point season maybe??

Also I think Jack Capuano is one of the best coaches out there. I mean look how he got his team back in that game. Snow is an amazing GM I mean why get rid of the guy, his team is only 3 points out of a playoff spot and well playing some of there best hockey.

Finally Wang I cant say enough good things about him. He saved our team he is our Lord in my eyes. One of the best out there. I know he loves his Islanders and cares and I see STanley Cups in Wangs future all his decsions have been dead on.

He has found them a new home in NY... I respect him for that, but he should not be the owner of a sports franchise.

Once we have new ownership... everything falls into place. (I hope)

So if it is the end of Jack...How do you think Doug Weight will be as a NHL coach (I believe all signs point to him replacing Capuano)? I know he has no experience, but did all of these ex-player now coaches have any? I am not familiar if they were coaching in AHL at all.

Forget about outlining the reasons why Cappy should go...can anyone make a halfway decent case in favor of him staying? Does he do anything particularly well from a coaching standpoint that comes through when this team plays games night to night?

I think he may do pretty well. He certainly knows the game well. I think a playmaker like Weight translates to a coach in decent fashion since his on ice talent is the ability to see and break down the game in a way other players don't. He's played for some decent coaches in his time.

I think we are being to hard on Jack. He has the skills to be an elite coach. Look how he gets guys going. I mean KO an amazing game last night. could win MVP this year. I mean benching Ullstrom was the best move he has made and playing Reasoner every night pure genius. He has the team just 3 points out from a playoff spot. We should extend his contract not let him go

I don't expect Weight to acheieve success as the head coach. This team needs new blood - the lockerroom needs a shakeup. Mike Keenan!!!

Isles should grab Iginla!! That's the kind of player we need and he would be such a leader and an injection of some toughness and scoring. Go get him Snow, you lazy (frank).
