I believe the GM's are going to address the issue at the GM meetings in March. Consensus is that the officiating has been very bad this year.

Refs have always been this bad. Refs have always been hated, in every level of hockey. Doesn't seem like a new occurrence to me.

pretty much.

I can't think of a sport that would be more difficult to officiate.

meh, I don't think players know any more on these draws. It is just awful, linesman should say ready, cue for players to put stick on ice, then drop the puck, they don't need to be the show.

I hear it was a ban fest in here last night. I feel sorry for you guys. I thought it was just leaf fans that made a big deal out of rivalry that died before most were even born, but i guess there must had been a lot of nuck fans posing as hab fans last night.

So if i may speak for my fellow good hearted hab fans, my condolences if any of you had your feelings hurt by those imposters. It was just another win in the win column that is all, no need to make a big deal out of just another game on the schedule.

Oh and Scivezna, is that really a nickname now? What the hell is Dutchie talking about, lol.

Don't be too hard on that leaf centerman, I don't think he plays the position very often.

what if boths players put their stick down to take a face off and one decide to stand back up even though the lineman is about to drop the puck? Can't blame the lineman.
