So if he comes back to earth and finishes wit a .925 SV% and a 2.20 GAA and wins 20 games with 3 SO's, you'd rather trade assets for someone similar or potentially as good? If you'd have told me the above #s before the season began I would have been elated. The fact that he is posting Vezina numbers and there is still trade talk is ludicrous IMO.
He is not sh!tting the bed on a regular basis and therefore the organ-i-zation will not look to upgrade. They need some prospects in the pipeline but are ok for now.
