The sad thing is, Pierre could be an excellent analyst, when he gets off the "Got to sell the superstar" stuff.

Like what Bill pointed out early about the kicking the puck to his stick thing....The Flyers scored a goal to tie the game, and the immediate replay was Crosby making a rather routine play in the neutral zone, because Pierre was gushing over it.

Me too. I miss ESPN... The NHL hasn't been as good on NBC and the subsequent networks it's been on.

The classic days of ESPN with Thorne and Clement were unreal, even the ESPN2 feeds with Levy and Panger were good lol.

I started watching hockey in the early 90s when we first got ESPN International on Satellite TV in New Zealand. I always loved their coverage, even the cheesy Fire on Ice stuff. Thorne and Clement were the best, so it's nice that we still get to hear quite a lot of Clement on Flyers games.

I don't think it was ever reported that he wouldn't waive. He just said he wanted to stay in Philly.

I had that has a ring tone and matched it up to my ex wife...

Some of the newer Oreo flavored crèmes suck. I'm not a huge peanut fan-love them separately, but not in my cookies or ice cream. But I dig all sorts of cookies.

That would only happen if Holmgren were the GM of the Blues. Trade a young guy for an aging vet with a big cap hit.
