You're still here?

I have not had one single problem. Love it. I was near sighted. Now, I am becoming far sighted.

Have you had any problems with your eyes since?

I've been thinking about it..but it seems my eyes are getting weaker and weaker every couple years.

Are you near or far sighted?

- Garnie

I've been thinking about it.

Then I read about the operation. I can't go through this.

if your vision is still decreasing wait...

I had it done when I was 18...by the time I was 28 I started wearing glasses again (albeit much less powerful and only occasionnally)...

Others in my family had it done much later and have not required corretive lenses since.

So depending on your age and vision, I might recommend you wait...

That's crazy. I was 29 and now 43. They are still perfect.

This morning, I remembered Gary Carter going to the Mets... For Hubie Brooks, Floyd Youmans, Mike Fitzgerald and Herm Winningham. Bad trade for the Expos...

That's all.

Merci et bonne journée.

- Sergio le Gros

When the Mariners traded Mark Langston and Mike Campbell to the Expos in late May of 1989 for Randy Johnson, Gene Harris and Brian Holman, virtually all the Seattle players were unhappy.

Montreal dealt Grady Sizemore, along with Cliff Lee, Brandon Phillips and Lee Stevens to Cleveland in exchange for Bartolo Colón and Tim Drew.

Like I said earlier, Renaud Lavoie suggested there was a negative vibe around Cole this season. Probably why they decided to trade him.

So when do the leaf fans arrive to try and make something about the meaningless game tonight?

Leafman is probably holding an assembly for the children right now on how to behave here tonight.

How is Cole an all around player?

Or they could have waited for him to suck even more and traded him for poop or an equally poopty contract. They must have seen something and tried to trade him while he still holds some value.

I know, I'm not used to insight from the Habs management either.

- _nay_

Not saying Cole is the greatest in every aspect of the game, but compared to Ryder? Cole brings alot more to the table.

Oh i know 18 games very slow start and all that matters is those 18 games.

Yeah, quite frankly though, at 18 I didn't want to wait...I was (frank)in' blind! (-6)...

I don't regret doing it that young...

The line had a playmaker and two netcrashers. Now it has a playmaker, a net chrasher and a sniper.

51-53 not much difference, QP looked at capgeek last night and said it was 53 something

They will also want to leave room for the drop the following year, no "impact" ufa will be signed this summer

- Oilhab

51 includes Kaberle

47M for 15 players leaves abotu 17M to sign 7

1- a backup goalie
2 - 2 defencemen ( if Tinordi or Beaulieu are ready they are cheap)
3 - resign DD
4 - a top 9 winger
5 - 2 fourth liners
6 - a 7th d-man

not a bad cap situation in my opinion
