Eric Engels: Habs win big in deal for Michael Ryder - EricEngels
nice move by bergevin for all the reasons you mentioned. i have said since the first weeks of the season that cole was making a strong case for being the second amnesty buyout allowed by the canadiens. now, they can buyout kaberle and with gomez and cole off the books, bergevin has put himself in a great position moving forward.
good to see a canadiens g.m. actually win a trade on all levels. |

I love how this year it's consistently been waiting for pretty much all the snow to melt before we get some more. |

I think joe is trying to follow the Scott howson how to lose a trade course. You trade a for a younger guy with decent contract having a better season and get a pick back. (frank)ing ridiculous. Nonis are you watching make some trades already. |

We can all meet to watch the parade on Ste. Catherine St. then go drink after, then next day head to Gaspé to pie's camp for the salmon fishing trip. I love when a plan starts to come together. Thanks you MB! |

We already passed it the Mayans got it wrong back in December, which isn't all that shocking since they didn't see the Spanish coming either. |

Joe traded for the better player he believes..and nothing wrong with Coles contract - 4.5 is a bargain and he only has 2 years left. It's no Luongo contract!!! |

Listen - your bias is extensive. What you say has very little weight or meaning insofar as valuing trades of this nature. No matter what, you will find the negative for the Habs. We like the trade for the most part, and that's that. You won't change our minds. |

See Gomez, Scott. Watch the pick because a superstar dam I hate you habs sometimes.
Edit : with the way bobby Lou is playing vs Schneider I think van might be stuck with it and trade schneider if the rest of the season keeps playing out the same, can't trade Lou is scneids is struggling and with the cap going down next year I can't see them keeping them both. |
