The truest thing said so far this season... Pronger's injury completely fubared the team's plans.. We miss him on the PP and PK and generally everywhere else.

And adding Gagne costs the Flyers $2,156,566 on the Cap. Not 3.5M

If he's healthy, he could find his game and help the Flyers. I don't like giving up a pick. But there is no long term risk.

I think Homer had to make a move with Mcginn going down and Read out long term..

Agreed. Someone said the Flyers had two 4th round picks this year, if true I like it even better. The risk is he gets injured quickly, and Holmgren thinks he has to trade more assets to find a replacement.
