Personally, I've been around him when he's not over the top or calculating something crazy to say. I think he's just an amazing coach, really. He can get guys to do what they wouldn't motivate themselves to do. But his style is suited for a well conditioned team and a team willing to do the dirty work and stand up for each other. They're missing the components that enabled that to work so well last year. and it's a big concern for them. - EricEngels

I say we lure him to some pub under the premise of an HB get-together but once there we beat him to death, tie him to the back of a pickup truck and drive him back to Trois-Rivières.

I'll be fine with Pacioretty getting suspended when they start penalizing players for turning away from oncoming checkers. Markov is guilty of this as well, so I'm not being biased. But this idea that presenting your numbers should stop someone from hitting you is absolutely ludicrous.

I would have been okay with a suspension, had Shanahan given one to Pacioretty.
Although, I did like that after getting plowed and no penalty being called on the play, Max let McDonaugh know how he felt about it. I would have preferred to see a clean hit, but a response of any sort was nice to see.

If McDonaugh would't have turned like he did it would've been a clean hit...hard to stop when you're going full speed towards a guy and he decides to turn his back on you...
