Let's forget about Hodgson-Kass for a minute....which I think is a win for us.

Sulzer for Grags alone wins the trade.....Sulzer has been solid, at least he is one of the guys on the team playing above his skill level and not below.

Edit: it appears Gragnani just got called up, we will see how he plays in Carolina.

I really have to disagree about Sulzer. He had potted a few goals, but he is incredibly weak around the net and in the corners, and has been a healthy scratch because of it. He looks ok because he has not made the horrible giveaways in fron of the net like the other have, but he and Hoff have a nack for getting pinned on their own end lately

I would still argue he has played better than expected opposed to most of the team playing below. I have zero complaints about what he has given the Sabres given hes really no better than a 6-7 defenseman.
