I would take Halak in a minute plus a 1st and second... vanek for Oshie...

I like the change of getting younger.. Oshie is a slightly better two way player than Vanek.. Oshie plays RW.. Oshie doesn't have the big scoring capabilities that Vanek does...

honestly I like the trade.. but I almost would want Stewart thrown in if we put in a draft pick or something.. or they take out the 2nd.

Hmmm thats an interesting trade. Halak is a solid goalie, i still remember how good he was on the Habs run a few years back. I havent seen much of Oshie play but from what I have seen he seems like a good 2 way second liner. Not sure if its worth giving up Vanek for that and some picks especially because the Blues are probably going to be picking somewhere in teh 20's.
