So I have been hearing that Weber is going back to his old self??? bad turn overs?? going for hits and completely missing and losing position??

no longer a savior in our bottom pairing?

ROR plays a game that ennis and coho will never play

he is a center that will hit, get the puck out of the corner, feed and score

- homiedclown

I agree, but he is still young and inconsistent. He is not ready to be a 1st line center in the NHL.

Who cares. He can play hockey. He made a mistake. He will grow up. He is still just a kid making bad decisions.

Nobody's expecting him to be the #1 center.

- SabresFaninIndiana

sabres had 3 in the top 11 one year

took barrasso, lacombe and creighton

I dont think Ryan O'Reilly helps the Sabres. He is young, inexperienced 2nd line center. WE already have 2 of those in Ennis a Hodgson. If we land ROR it will be good, but he wont make this team a playoff contender. WE will wait 2 or three years before he is ready to be a line 1 player.

He is trying to do too much. I think he want to help this team and he is a good stay at home defender.

i noticed this in the past few games... he needs to be a 5/6/7 guy and nothing more.. our defense is terrible we have no one that is suited to be anything more than a 3/4 guy..

Put it this way: Kane's 20 cent cab incident was only the tip of the iceberg.
- buffalofan19

that cab driver was the sole reason liberty cab is no longer allowed to commute passengers from the airport. the passengers complained soo much about him that they lost the contract. buffalo police are well aware of him aswell. picking people up from chippawa and dropping them off no where near their destination and with no cab to be seen for miles.

this guy was a total d$%^ so kane and his buddy didnt tip him. he locked the car doors and started driving down the street. if my friend is PK i would have done the same thing.

In case anyone was wondering.....

Roy has 1 more point than Stafford does this season...

Stafford 1G/7A
Roy 1G/8A

Ott has 3G/4A

I here ya. Don't get me wrong, I would love the SAbres to pick him up, but the team has some other needs that have to be addressed to turn this thing around. 20 year olds are great, but unless they are Sid, they are not leading this team to the cup.

but that isn't 2 of the top 3 or 4 which is what it would take to get two of those players.

They're going to trade people because it's become ugly. There should have been a shake up a long, long time ago. They'll establish another group of players, and stick with them way too long when it doesn't work.

The off-ice behavior of guys like Connolly, Stafford, Roy, and Myers (yes, Myers...I learned over the weekend, and have it on good authority that the Sabres have somehow done a phenomenal job of keeping some off ice incidents out of the spotlight) were tolerated for far too long.

- buffalofan19

I have too. Kid needs to grow up. Still think he will

I do wonder if there's something to be said, though, about the changing dynamic of hockey status. Before the 2005 lockout, players weren't hitting that big payday until their late 20's or even early 30's. Now with the cap, and the emphasis on locking up your core players early, you're giving younger, often more immature kids a ton more cash than they know what to do with. That often leads to decisions they end up regretting later.

- JVince11

he's arrogant and self centered........borderline psychopathic but you dont get to being the #1 overall pick acting gracious.
