if they keep 2/3 from vanek, miller and pommer, then there is no chance this team can add a high end cotract moving forward

esp when all of these crap players are making over three mil per on this roster

I think he is still a top 10 center in the nhl, so yes

I want more than that for Vanek and Pommer...

the 1st rounder would be 25+ most likely and the 2nd rounder would be late as well...

Pommer might get us a 1st and a decent prospect. Maybe.
Vanek will definitely get a 1st but he's not worth as much as Carter, he only has 1 year left on his deal. Richards and Carter were both locked up and the Kings and Jackets both thought they were going to build around them. Vanek is more of a rental

Hopefully they only keep 1/3. Buy out Leino and Stafford and don't re-sign Hecht. That clears out a lot of cap space.

Vanek, Ennis/Stafford/2nd rounder for ROR and a 1st (Top 10)

I listed it on the last page... I like Pommer as a vet in our top 6.. I don't like pommer as our main offensive threat or as a captain...

he is an all-around player.. he plays hard.. he plays offense and defense.. he is one of our best PK'ers.. he doens't make waves with the media.. he still scores 60+ points every season.. he hasn't really shown the signs of being 30 years old if you ask me.

Leino is bought out already at this point if you ask me... unless he is able to come back this season for any span of games and show any sort of promise.
