I don't know what either looks like but the idea of two of them sitting accross from the table silently drinking a beer and staring back at eachother....

Great 1st line and a very effective 4th line. 2 & 3 lines are a facking joke. Anybody else nervous all or most of these so called good prospects coming up are gonna be the next Bailey's and Okposo's?? I know I am. I have no faith at all in this franchise

After watching Bailey and KO I'm terrified Vukota. Unless a top coach is hired it does not look good.

This is actually getting to the point where its getting weird. They are both quoting each other in their profiles and locations and what not. Its like they "hate" each other...but love to hate each other. They are gonna have one hell of an angry sex session eventually.

Not only that Streit & Okposo should have their letters ripped off their sweaters. Give JT the C and give Martin the A. Only facking guys who show up every night!

I think I'm most worried about WHY Bailey and Okposo have become what they are. I never liked the Bailey pick and just never thought he was going to amount to anything. Still, both kids had raw talent but have been developed terribly. I definitely worry with elite talent level kids like Kabanov and Strome that they'll be ruined just like them. WE NEED A COACH!

But KO showed promise a few years ago. He has terrible habits and game ethic. While some players just can't be helped beyond their personality shortcomings, it's up to coaching staffs to get the most out of their players. That certainly hasn't happened with Kyle.

He is mentally weak nothing a coach can do about that. He produces when there is nothing on the line. When things get tough and the games are important he disappears. He does it all the time.

I'd take him in a 4-5 dman slot and pp specialist. That said, JT must be Captain at this stage. Streit is and has been in way over his head. I'd much prefer a 2 year deal though.

I perfer a 0 year deal and Donovan taking his place. He has had enough time in Bridge.

Vukota how could you not like when Snow said we proved we can win? Look out NHL Isles proved they can win two in a row.

And you plan to have him QB the powerplay next year too? I'm not really sure Hamonic is cut out for that detail and Hickey is still a couple of years away from that. Viz is as good as gone so Streit is all you have for that detail unless you're anticipating a major signing this offseason.

He even gets excused from that interview. Guy can do no wrong. Has it made. He does good he's a genius. If he (frank)s up its Wang's fault. Interview? Well of course he's going to say that. How stupid we are for thinking otherwise. I should have got my masters in gm'ing. What a great (frank)ing job!

Agreed...but I think there's an even deeper issue. Our system (which we use in the 'A' as well) is not a good one and may be damaging our prospects. Cappy is part of the problem but it was apparent with Gordon as well that the team had constant mental lapses, missed assignemtns, breakdowns under pressure etc. I'm afraid the team needs a total different philosophy in just what type of system we're using. That goes beyond Cappy, though he should be the first to go.

I thought this was the offseason Snow would make some impact moves? Sorry my mistake. I'll take my chances without Paul Coffey I mean Streit running the PP.

Like the prospects...not crazy in general with how they are handled once on the team, with a couple of exceptions.

Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. It's the same situation..yet another interview...yet you're expecting a different result.

I'm intrigued as to just how you would want him to reply to those questions knowing the teams present predicament. I know I'm in total agreement with everyone that what we have is NOT enough and we need more fast, but I don't think he said anything different than what 99% of the other GM's in the league would have said had they been facing the same scenario.
