Because then what's the point of playing?? One player admits, "Yeah we suck guys. What the hell is the point of even trying when we're this bad?" How does that help out the team at all? Players want to at least have other guys believe in them and think they're still good.

I know there is sort of an unwritten rule that GMs don't get the axe during the season, but how many of you want to see the guy who has assembled this bunch as a lame duck handling our trade deadline?

At some point you have to bottom out. Penguins did it, Boston did it, blues, flyers, caps, hawks, kings

All of those teams ended a season at or near the bottom since the lockout.

Porter is useless on this team... besides being the the poster boy for Rolston from Rochester, this guy gets more ice time than Grigo or Foligno? He doesn't have speed and seems overmatched on every shift. Grigo should be on the PP long before Gerbe... WTF? I mean, I play hockey and all, but why is this stuff so obvious to the fans and yet it eludes the minds of this coaching staff? Grigo needs ice time to build his confidence, which in turn will allow his skills to shine through. This isn't rocket science. I mean, what do they have to lose at this point?! The poor kid should have been allowed to return to Juniors so he could enjoy the game. I'd seriously dump Hecht for Mancari or Flynn and play either alongside Porter to see if they have any chemistry from their time together in Rochester. Thankfully, they finally put Scott in the press box... and it just so figures to be when they could have actually used him to throw some punches at the end.

Wing is by far our weakest position if you assume grigo and ennis will continue to play center

Rolston has coached 2 games, not 50 not 100, two games. Saying he will be looking for a job this summer is stupid. You guys are acting like a bunch of girls.
