My guess the reason Darcy isn't gone yet is due to the fact they don't have his replacement figured out yet. Rolston was easy, you don't just name an interim GM - when they get their man he's out - IMO

I agree let the kids take over this team. At least that way when we lose out it's not as embarrassing and it doesn't give fans false hope. By Next year you would hope our top six would have Ennis, Mackinnon, Foligno, Armia and whoever we get via trade for Miller/Pominville/Vanek.
