I thought I saw a #19 in white, not sure.

I think it was an impostor. The real Captain of the Sharks always shows up for big games, right? Wait...no he doesn't.

The Hawks really cleaned up rebounds well tonight. Ray left a few hangers out there, but there was always a Hawk there.

Am I the only person who noticed that Bolland didn't play in the 3rd?

That would explain the return of the Q line generator.

Noticed that too. Didn't see him after he took that penalty.

Nice win but most importantly it's not how you start but how you finish

No I made mention that Krugs was out with Sharp and Kane several pages back. Didn't see Bolland get hurt. But honestly, he hasn't been great. I think he was benched.

It was the Bolland line out there for the Sharks goal. I don't think Bolland is cutting it as 2C, likely to see a change there IMO at least based on what we saw tonight.

So we have the longest start to the season winning streak, kane is throwing his body around, like the speed of carcillo on the fourth plus his finishing checks and lastly bickell got mad in the third and started finishing checks reminding me of an underachieving winger who turned it around in the playoffs

Have to say I'm very impressed with tonight's/this morning's game. 1st period wasn't particularly great, had some chances but couldn't capitalize. Emery certainly looked shaky. But the boys did exactly what they needed to and capitalized on chances. Good to see Stalsy get on the scoresheet, and I thoroughly enjoyed Saad's shortie. PK was outstanding again.

In summary, the Hawks have stepped up when they've needed too, answered the bell, and are the best team in the NHL right now. The record tonight is nice, but here's to them keeping it up and gunning for the milestone that truly matters.

I think they just bumped him to the 4th line which got no shifts in the 3rd. Unless the game is in hand Q usually doesn't give them many shifts in a close game.

he got better as the gme went on...i thought he was fighting it and not seeing the puck early...fortunately the shrk can't shoot straight either
- bogiedoc

Yes - my issue was him leaving wide open nets in the first - not so much later on.
