He cites contract for everything, even when it makes zero sense. - NickTheKid87
Anyone wanna ask him why he sucks so bad despite his (I'm fairly certain) fairly-lucrative contract? |

I like Lavy I think with a group of seasoned veterans like 2010, he's excellent, but not this group. This group of players is young(albeit guys like talbot are not) and the system is too offensive. That being said bring on Terry Murray so he can do what he does best, mold young players into NHL level talent. I'm out see ya'll tomorrow round game time. |

@MBarkannCSN you cite Bryz contract and his play? What about citing yours and your radio shows performance lately...#TALKSPORTSNOTWINGETS |

i think Murray was brought in, in case poop hit the fan this year. Not going to discuss systems or anything like that, but i do think Murray is a better teacher in terms of defense then Lavy.. |

I'm okay with that. My fear is that he's the other end of the spectrum, TOO defensively-minded, and some of our guys like Giroux/Read/Jake won't be utilized to their full offensive potential. I understand the need to tighten things up, but I'd hate to hinder a guy with Giroux's offensive gifts. Greater good though, I know. |

I'm not against Murray, I just see him as a short term solution. Great teacher and definitely would have these guys playing more soundly in their own end, although the offense may well taper off. |

For those of you not listening Barkann called us all out on air for getting on him. Said its justified because of the contract. Yup, basically just said its perfectly fine to make stereotypical jokes and laugh at the way a guy talks because he has money.
I make $11/hr and even I see a problem with that. |

I think they need to get stronger in their own end...they get destroyed by teams that throw the puck in and forecheck them relentlessly. |

I asked why he was a Richard to Bryz....he responded saying how did he do that. I simply said if I have to explain he was way out of touch. |

He didn't even ask him about being pulled last night!!!
My reply to that was, THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE RELEVANT THAN ASKING HIM TO DO A BORAT IMPRESSION!!! |

Wouldnt mind seeing Iron Mike lol..Heard him on interview a few months back. Seems like he has taken a more teacher like approach with his players rather than the authoritative figure that he was. At least that is what he said. |
