Now that the penalty shot is called pretty liberally anymore, D-men have to stop giving the guy 2 chances to score. If you disrupt the guy at all, they get the PS call. Just skate hard behind the guy (take away his time to make a move) and be there to help the goalie if there's a rebound. That's all you can do anymore, and it's a better play than giving the guy a PS chance
