Why no note about Neal throwing flying elbows as a subplot? Or his reluctance to fight Wayne Simmonds afterwards? Or Evgeni Malkin elbowing Flyers' defensemen behind the net? Goes both ways buddy.

Because this writer clearly has no skill and want to increase the hits on his article...

Crosby 40 games played against the Flyers 66 pts I'd hate him too. Malkin 40 games played 53 pts. Giroux 20 games played against the Pens 16 pts. One of these things is not like the others.

one player has played substantially less games vs his opponent than the other two?

I would. Matt Barnaby has annoying facial expressions as well.. I wanted to beat him with a ball-peen about a dozen or so times.
- jak521

true ... the facial expressions of Barnaby were as irritating as any player in league history.

Yes that's it 20 more games and he will be close narrowing that gap of .8 to 1.6 and 1.35 ppg. 1975!!

No, I know...one spent his first full season centering a 3rd line flanked by Aaron Asham and a rookie?

I think Hartnell is a pretty good guy off the ice. Very good with fans and his family. A lot of respect for him as a person. On the ice I despise him. He has talent and attitude. Rinaldo though, is one of the guys I cannot stand. He looks like he would still take kids lunch money. Everything he does is basically an abomination.

That's a great stat how does that help his case in any other way then he wasn't good enough to be top6 and Crosby was? That is a knock on Giroux.

Only 1 of the players isn't Canadian?
Only 1 can grow a proper playoff beard?
Only 1 has never scored a playoff hat trick (I think)?

Probably because he was a rookie and the Flyers had two seasoned, proven all-star centers at the time.

Hate Hartnell...............but man would he look good on either Malkin's or Crosby's wing. He would be a fan favorite if he was in the black and Vegas gold.

Another player you love to hate. Bet every penny you would love him in Black, Gold, White, and, uhh, baby blue.

He's a good kid with a great work ethic.. He seriously wants to do his best to be a hockey player.

Crosby's facial hair is soo bad.....at least Malkin accepted the fact that he can't grow facial hair at all and doesn't even try in the playoffs.

Alot of Flyers fans on this site know what they're talking about. It's the 5 or 6 that do nothing but troll that give them a bad name.

Sid dropped a 102 his rookie year he'd have been top 6 for sure. Giroux has yet to do that in his career. Have fun with your video cover though make sure you wipe it off after your done.

Hartnell might be Ghandi off the ice, but on the ice I want him dead. I loath that man. Him and Maxim Lapierre. I couldn't be an opposing player against either of those two, because I'd go marty mcsorley on them and never stop. I just loath them when they're playing. They bring out the worst in me. There are just some players that do that to me...their faces are just magnets for violent thoughts.

just trying to understand your point.

obviously Crosby and Malkin have had more success vs the Flyers than Giroux vs the Pens ... but you can't ignore the fact that Giroux has only in the last couple of years become a top player, whereas your 2 guys have been terrorizing the whole league for a decade now.

And Crosby is an amazingly talented player who played on a team that, as of his rookie season, did not have a top center after the first, what, 14 games? So he drew top line minutes from the get go. He also had this guy Lemieux (you may have heard of him) who was probably able to give his some nice pointers to help him out.
I'm really not sure what you're arguing. That Crosby has put up more points than Giroux? That Malkin has? I don't see how anyone can argue that. Are you just trying to draw someone's ire?
Also, wipe off the cover after I'm done what? Playing Skyrim? Why would I have to wipe that off?
