Bylsma is very annoying with his lineup. You play right into the discipline deficiencies of your own team by dressing the "big, tough lineup" instead of the better one with Despres. Remember when the Flyers used to try to win the war every game a few years ago and usually lost? Now its the Penguins doing it with the coach seemingly emcouraging it. Put everything else aside. Vokoun will be better (he already has been).

I dunno..Pens had 27 minutes of 2 man advantage in the 3 period..
Perhaps what Orpik should say is ," It seems neither team can play defense against the other"
Just seems to me like someone making excuses when much like the playoffs neither team will go far playing that way.

They didn't lose the game because Despres didn't dress. They lost it because they lack discipline and any semblance of defensive structure. Oh yeah, the tender was brutal too.

The frustrating part, i think, is that the Pens are not to this extent against anyone else, and it kills them that they go so overboard against 1 team and pay for it seemingly everytime. Add that to their willingness to be lax defensivley at home to begin with, and Presto....you get an effort like tonight, on defense anyways
