Posted this on Twitter earlier today and will update it here. If you take Voracek's last 44 games in a Flyers uniform -- final 14 games of 2011-12 regular season, the team's 11-game playoff run and the first 18 games of 2013 -- he has compiled 43 points (15 goals, 28 assists).

Yeah. He started this season a little sluggish after his stint in Europe. I've been banging Jake's drum for a while. Nice to see him really grow as a player.

he made some great stops. i hate seeing pucks squeeze between the arm and body. 2 of those tonight. speaking of which, how is that the fruit bat scores on them every (frank)ing time? it's ridiculous.
- hammarby31

He wasnt great and he wasnt awful.Bryz haters have examples to point out and Bryz lovers have valid points too

I thought there was only one that got through his arm and body. I thought the Neal goal was far side.

I was wrong in my contextual guess and didn't know where hammar was quoting from (wasn't going to try to find the post he quoted only to arrive back "here" 30 minutes later).

i was talking about the penalty Z took right after the molten hot lava timeout in the first period. it wasn't neal that he hit. can't remember the dirty pigeon's name.

would like to see the flyers bring in Ruff as an asst.

No thank you. Dude should have been out of a job ages ago, although I was happy to see him keep running the Sabres into the ground. But just because they finally woke up doesn't mean we should have anything to do with him. He was a cheap bastard as a player and an ass hole as a coach. (frank) him.

Bill, lets just hope he keeps it up. He was a monster tonight and was dangerous every shift

The sample size is now more than a half-season's worth of games and he's essentially a point-per-game player over than span.

The Neal goal sailed over his shoulder close to his helmet I thought.

the neal goal on the 5 on 3 looked far side when it was live. on the replay from inside the net you could see the puck go between his body and right arm. to be fair, neal wired that shot, it was no cream puff, but it squeezed through him.

Crosby line had been sizzling but was a combined minus-9 tonight. #Flyers #Pens

Regardless it was a one timer on a 5 on 3 with Bryzgalov having to move side to side. I can't place any blame on him for that one.

You could be right about that. Regardless I can't blame Bryzgalov on that one.

Question: did Pens continue on 5 on 3 after Neal scored to make it 5-4 ? Thought Fedetenko should have come out of box (and this preceded Talbot penalty for gloving puck, I believe).
