James Neal is a dumbass.

The guy has skill and can score but is dirty and hell and dives constantly. There was an elbow against Harry Z that wasn't called in the 3rd, just as the camera was moving up to follow the play.

I think the high stick on James Neal was bad. I mean it was a high stick, probably should have/would have gotten called. Feds stick smacked the back half of the top of Neal's helmet, and Neal dove to the ice grabbing his head.
