I can't think of a specific case, but I remember a few baseball players didn't want to come to Canada, and always cited the taxes (heck, Tom Sellick even did it in Mr. Baseball).

But off the top of my head, I can't think of a single specific case where a guy said "Hell no, I'd never go to that back-water dump."

Kadri is not ready for first line duty... his face off skills are still weak... his defensive zone coverage is getting better but still needs some seasoning... and he still makes errant passes entering the zone that end up losing possession too quickly.

#rd line is perfect at the moment.

Bozak wins a ton of face-offs and works hard... is on pace to have a decent season.. and you want to sell the farm to get ROR whose best season was a 50 pointer... come on...
