Maybe I am over reacting about Pominville being traded but I look at it like this.

Roy was said to be a cancer and a bad leader, he was a good player, he was traded and we were told that we would be a better team because he was gone.
Jason Pominville is now being labeled a bad captain, he will be traded and we will be sold on the idea that the new captain will make this team better, all the while Lindy Ruff the real "cancer" stays here

I wouldn't argue that Ruff needs to go. My point all along was that Pommer could fetch ROR which is a player this team could use. We seem to disagree on whether or not bringing Pommer back at 32 for $6 million is advisable or not.
