He's solid because he gets his shot on the net and won't make the bonehead mistake, but watch him along the boards or in front of the net. It's tough to watch a defenseman play that weak.

I want to figure out a way to say this without slamming the guy, but I said at the beginning of the 2011-2012 season. If Jason Pominville is the best you can come up with for a captain, you're not going to be a very good team. He's okay in his own right, but when he's at the top of your list as far as character goes, you have problems.
