The guy sitting in front of me at the game tonight yelled at me for female doging about how bad this team is.
Apparently he doesn't know the difference between good and bad hockey. - HonkFortheGoose
This is terrible hockey. They are the most dysfunctional looking team. zero creativity. boring predictable plays. must be pretty easy to play this team. |

His 9 points in 11 games would not help us at all. - Pierceme69
It's not even him. It's the fact that he was actually used as an excuse for why this team didn't play hard. Another Ruff cover-up scapegoat to mask his inability to be a good coach. I'm done with it. What's next? We need to trade Pominville because our captain isn't good enough? This is sickening |

Yup. It sure is. And apparently as a fan I'm not allowed to sit at the game and say how terrible they are. |

it's the best draft in recent memory, easily. especially compared to the last few years.
if there is a year to tank, its certainly this one. |

I'd rather suck this year before they change the lottery system. |

The guy behind me gets irritated when people do that. I honestly could care less. It's not something I generally do, but hey. I don't feel it's my place to tell someone else what they can and can't do at the games. They paid to be there to, so whatever they want to yell, go for it.
That's probably why I'm so frustrated that someone felt the need to criticize me. |

I know you were. I don't think we need or miss him although he's a good player and always has been, it's the fact that he was used as and excuse for this team playing uninspired. Looking back are we any better without him and with Ott? Not saying anything against Ott but it is so obvious what the real issue is |

It's gotta be soon, right? It seems like it's been a while. Things during the day have been so much better without him though. |

i dont think we will get number 1 but /shrug. probably jones honestly. mackinnon is obviously a stud, but i think our center position is locked up with a lot of young "what ifs" right now. if he explodes and becomes just simply too amazing to pass obviously i wouldn't hate it, but between grigo, hodge, girg we have quite a few young centers.
having jones growing up alongside myers (assuming he eventually reaches his potential) would be quite something.

It's the coach. He's been here 15 years and won absolutely nothing. It's time to move on. That's not to say that he won't be successful somewhere else or that he's just a bad coach in general, but his time should be up here. It's time to move on and try something else. |

I think we're worse without Roy. Why would you trade a center when you have no center depth for a 3rd line winger? I like Ott and his hustle and fire, but team toughness amounts to poop when you can't score or play any defense. |

I would go with Jones too. But I don't know how much he'd play with Myers. I did like the way he looked with McCabe during the Jrs. So I wouldn't hate the idea of the two of them together here. |

I was agreeing. I'd rather suck and tank this year before they change the lottery rules making sucking less likely to get you the top pick. |
