Why is it that we just can't beat Pittsburgh or Montreal? Ever

They took three out of four from them last year, if I am not mistaken.

Montreal can relish in the win but this game was pathetic, on both sides. End of the day, Montreal got the extra break and won. But this game was an abomination. All attending fans deserve a refund.

You're right, just a perception of mine, I guess the horror of losing up there all of the time skewed my thinking...

Like someone said in the Habs thread, take the 2pts and run.

Road game for MTL, didn't have to put on a show and they played last night. Surprised the Rangers didn't come out stronger in the 3rd.

Only the NY Rangers, fan on half of their shots while Montreal burys an empty netter from 200 feet, this team sucks.

Revenge Saturday? It's got 5-0 per stamped on their plane tickets

He was too young to see all of those wins, ya know, in the era when the amateur draft was severely rigged in theirs and Toronto's favor.

Looking past wins and losses, its hard to take positives from a game when your best forward doesnt play and you need a better effort from the entire team and they lay an egg.

Also, hank hung out to dry once again.

I agree, Torts says its the same for all players, if Boyle sits, Richards has to. He has been worse than Boyle .

Richards should be charged with theft if services!
If only the players were docked pay with a poop effort.
Gabby has to get it going too!

Without Nash, Rangers had no clue in the offensive zone

The Rangers all shared a big bag of heroin tonight. It kicked in at the start of the game and it lasted all the way through; even with the record setting amount of icings by Montreal.

We had the puck more. We shot more. The ice sucked, got some bad bounced.

Yeah, we didn't capitalize well. That happens sometimes.

Overall, sucks not to get the points, but losses happen, I am not worried. Team is playing well over the last 3 weeks.
