Habs aren't as good as their record is showing IMO, they had a fairly easy schedule so far. Let's wait another 10-15 games, we'll see what they're all about. Things are going well right now, they are winning and every points count, we'll take it. After last season....this short season has a lot of Habs fan happy, the team looks very different than last year.

And I have zero malice towards the Habs and most of their fans. They are playing more like a team and the grit in their lineup has definitely helped out thus far. Two rookies(Galchenyuk & Gallagher) have also given this team a nice lift.

It's always good to see this classic franchise succeed; it's good for the league.

coles lack of effort on the rangers goal was bench worthy, but he kinda made up for it on patches goal. what i appreciate from most habs fans is objectivtity, but this team i think EE summarized well today. Its not the most talented team, but they play solid as a group. Its fair to be critical but i think its also fair to take their play in stride and be happy with what theyve accomplished. in no way can you base the teams future on last year. we had the wrong system for the type of players we have... cammy was on the f ucking pk for f uck sakes... im not saying we win the cup, but a playoff run is not out of the question. big difference to from last year is that we dont have to have the goalie bail us out of 50% of the games. how many other teams can boast 4 lines that are playing tight hockey? ( baring of course a few let downs, or breakdowns) 5 wins a row is no fluke.
