grabovski i admit hasnt looked as great this year, BUT, thats not a horrible thing...it means he is hungry to get it going and will work hard at it *he is that type of player.

i think part of it is his line mates, kulemin and komarov, sure both good 2 way players, but lack offense.

Lupul returning will add some top 6 depth and u can either keep JVR with phil and bozak or you toss lupul back up there and JVR grabovski kulemin will be much more dangers offensively...back when lupul was playing on line 1. grabovski and JVR showed they can work together.

frattin back soon, lupul 2-3 weeks, gardiner is ready, reimer skating again..

looking good.

A lot of players that played in the K, while the lockout was on, are off to a slow start.. many of them.. hmmmm

My major concern is his giveaways at the blue line and up the middle in his own zone, I can accept the little offence until he gets going only if he was being responsible in his own end of the ice, which he is not lately.

Too many passes by defencemen up the middle last night.

I know the commentators were all over Grabbo for his gaffe in the 1st period, but it was a terrrible pass - never should have happened.

- Atomic Wedgie

the pass from Franson - agreed, bad pass, but yeah, gbov is struggling.

Even Steve Simmons is being hot on the Leafs with positive talk... is the world ending or something...

He should be eating the most CROW over this Goalie Tandem..

- DoctorNHL

Steve Simmons....yeah the guy that yelled Fire Burke, Fire Burke constantly.
I'm fed up with the media it's like they think we forget all the idiotic things they've said since Burke arrived.
Kadri - Many wrote him off as a bust and was included in every trade rumor out of Toronto.
Bozak- Turned out alright.
Phaneuf- for Stajan, White, Mayer an effin steal
Kessel - Hell of a player and when we have the parts to go with him he'll be dynamite, an the loss of Seguin and Hamilton will hurt less.
James Van Riemsdyk - The only 2nd overall pick Unholy Goalie doesn't like.
Gardiner -
Lupul...
Macarthur
Orr
All these wieners in the media called for his head daily after losses piled up. Not to mention they all talked about building from within but when it took more than 75 games to rebuild well the Superfan in the media types went apepoop...
Trade Kadri he's 22 and not going to pan out, get a goalie Reimer could be flash in the pan and so on and so on....
Remind these loser's in the media how they cover a 27th place hockey team with such intensity. It's because their superfans and they can't control there emotions. It's a shame the Greatest Hockey City has some of the dumbest beat writer's in the history of professional sports. Not only horrible writers but create controversies and run with stupid stories constantly.

Your words are music to my ears!

I can't wait to leave work and set up shop at home. Plan is, build a pyramid of beer bottles and make sure by the end of the game whether we lose or not, rebuild the pyramid with empties.

And I'll say this again, for no other reason that people here seem to be reminded of it:

Phaneuf continues to be the best Leafs defenceman out there.

In fact, it's not even close.

He looks good to, complete 180 from his first few games. Puck isn't a hand grenade for him anymore.
