I have no idea what Clarkson/Neil did to warrant that.

The extra minor was on Elias for interference. Elias got a matching minors with Methot for roughing.

Chico and Steve are absolute morons, Clarkson didn't get the extra penalty. Elias did, and that's understandable.

i know, and he didn't restrain him at all. the stick got by the chest for not even half a second and then came out.. didn't slow him down or cause him to lose the puck. silly.

While I agree with you, putting your stick there is asking for a penalty. Its just like when you put your free hand on another player. You may not be restraining him, but the ref sees a penalty.

If you hit the hands of a player with the puck, it's technically restraining him from playing the puck. It's going to be called any time. A stick to the hands that causes the player with the puck to even briefly lose control is called every single day of the week.
