It's time to retire the black jerseys. THis team never plays well when they are wearing those eye sores. Rick better show up tomorrow night because it should be a very winnable game the way the Sens have been playing. After today tomorrow night is a must win. If they win tomorrow you look at it as they won 3 out of their last 4 if they lose you look at it as they have lost 7 out of their last 9. Huge difference in mindset.

Evander Kane isn't the problem. They're not scoring because they're not using their speed, where they have an advantage over pretty much all of the Flyers forwards except one or two. Most of not using their speed offensively is a bouncing puck, and an ice surface that is the embarrassment of the planet- what, did they have the d*mn circus yesterday?!?!?!?! We'll be very lucky if the poor kid Strait didn't break his f**king ankle because of that garbage.

THAT SAID.....when you can't win by out skating the other team, you have to play defense. This team does not play defense consistently, because it is not asked to. When it cannot out skate the opponent, and it cannot go 4-4 on the PP, it cannot win.....especially when it plays a larger team like this one. They just have absolutely no b*lls and no awareness of position in front of their own net. They have no one back there who can (or is willing to) knock someone flat on his behind, which I have been saying all year.

They need to be taught that it has to start with defense, and if they have to plod their way through a slow slugfest, by spending most of their time defending their own net, then that is what they have to do. Sometimes, you don't have your fastball, but you have to figure out how to pitch anyway. It would be a lot easier if they were made to focus on defense all of the time, which is most of the problem, and is why this team needs a truly defensive oriented head coach.

Isles should've expected this. They should've known the flyers were gonna come into this game playing pissed off. Isles have played this whole game without a care in the world. The defense is completely pathetic. Hell this team is completely pathetic. Truly is like clockwork. Win 2 in a row, then revert back to getting their ass' kicked. Hope we end up drafting Seth Jones come summertime.

Crappy has to go. He had this to say after Isles win over Devils, "Capuano said of Nabakov. "He played extremely well. I don't know a lot about that position(goalie), but I know he was aggressive tonight"

He publicly admits he doesn't know much about a very important aspect of the game he coaches. Never been a more clear indicator this guy is waaayyyyyy out of his league. He's used to coaching players that can still be considered "kids" in many aspects. We need someone who can coach MEN. Professionals. How does this management look at this guy and have any confidence that he's even in the top 60 percentile of what he does. He's probably in contention for the Bottom 3 WORST coaches in the game. Players play hard for a coach they respect or fear. He does neither of those two things to this team. I almost went to the game today but decided against it last night. Knew they would lay a steaming pile of crap on the ice today.

This coach needs to be fired, right now. This team isn't a great team, but they're not a team that should be losing hockey games, 7-0. They just quit after the third goal. QUIT. That sh*t is on the coach. It's time for somebody who won't let them play like that without REAL consequences.

Until Wang and Snow are gone this team will be like this. Same team every year with teh same result. they will fire Crappy put in Thompspn Islanders respond for a little while they sign Thompson to a contract and put the smae team and same style pf play on the ice next year and they do the same thing. Never changes around here.

Crappy should have been fired a while ago. this team has no life what so ever on certain games and it makes no sense. I dont see that from any other team in teh NHL
