When it was 4-0 and the Isles were playing like $h!t. DP should have been brought in and Nabby could have rested for tomorrow.
Sens with all their injuries should score 3 or more if DP starts tomorrow. If Nabby goes tomorrow he'll likely be a little tired.
DP should have relieved Nabby this afternoon. The game was lost anyway. So maybe we lose 9-0 instead of 7-0 |

Everyone sucked today. That's why some players should have been rested and guys like KO should have been double and triple shifted until they dropped. |

KO doesn't have the mental makeup that is needed. When things get tough he disappears and when they get eliminated and there is no pressure he turns it on |

Never will happen. There are ways to fix it but there is no pressure to win here so he dont have to do anything. Wang could care less Cappy is clueless and besides a couple of guys on the team no one else feels the urgency to do much.
roloson is right it is like a country club. Such a relaxing enviroment - kasperrko
As long as Management says and does nothing the players are not going to care. It's like a bunch of kids when the teacher leaves the class. There is no pressure on the players because they know there are no consequences. Frans laughing the other game tells you all you need to know. |

KO should have fought today not Martin. Martin should not fight for this team they are not worth it. If I'm Martin I tell KO to fight. |

So, the coach has no ideas how to fix this? So, if you can't help, step down. Quit. Admit you dont know what to do. Be a man. Own it. Just get out of the way and let this team move on. - jmo16
Yeah, wasn't sure what he meant...he hasn't really tried much. How about ending Grabner's inexplicable exile to the third line? How about taking KO's top-six minutes away? Talk to the GM about trying a callup? Scratch someone meaningful? Seems like there are a number of things he can do.
Don't agree with the bag skate though. That seems like it'd be pretty foolish with a game the next day and in a shortened season in general where there's no time to recover. |

andrew macdonald is horrible if strait is not hurt macdonald should be scratched and hickey should be in or donovan he need to take a seat upsatirs - dbobby12000
AMAC, Boyes, and Okposo by far the worst players on the ice. Brad Boyes definitely gets first star for worst player. I don't care how many points this guy puts up, he (frank)ing sucks. I think he got a pay off by the Flyers for todays game. |

They have to start to make a stand here. Bench KO and everyone else who does not give a thousand percent each game. To many lazy guys on this team. It is getting ridiculous. I mean they win two in a row but I was not gettingmy hopes up. Tomorrow is Ottawa with Ricky D. They cant beat Ottawa at all so probably another L then Montreal. Ican see them starting another 5 game losing streak. I am supposed to go Sunday and I think I will just so that I can cause a scene. - kasperrko
They'd have three players on the ice for the drop of the puck. |

I am not going to get down on Boyes he has played pretty well for the Islanders - kasperrko
He plays like absolute dog shat, his passing is horrible and he is weak on the puck. Low percentage passer, shooter, and just player in general. The guy (frank)ing blows. That was quite possibly some of the worst passing I've seen in my life today by him. terrible |

I don't understand why people like Boyes? Because he put up a few points? I just don't get it? Okposo has to be ttraded before he has zero vlaue if he's not there already? Get him the (frank) out of here my eyes bleed watching him and Boyes. |

I think he sucks every game, today was blaring but he always makes those low percentage plays that worked when you were playing pond hockey but of course don't cut it in the NHL. |

What does a guy who was a starting goalie for a Cup team know? If the shat really hits the fan I'm staying away from the Isles. They will be no help. |
