I'm not kidding...I like the jibe this team throws off...

Two hot goalies...

If these two keep it up and things are timed just right, this team could surprise in the playoffs.

They have the vibe of an underdog built to win a series if they get lucky.

two things i really like about the Leafs this year....
One they limit second shot opportunities, the defensemen tie up the forwards near the net and a forward comes back and clears the puck

Two we are really using our speed to backcheck limiting odd man rushes....

I'm positive Komarov learned so many different languages just so he can talk poop to players who don't speak very good English.

Holy poop I love him.

- jbold

Well, he'll know Finnish. Estonian is nearly exactly the same language. Potentially Russian, as there is a fair bit of Russian spoken there.

I was just looking at the boxscore. I don't think I've ever seen a guy get two diving penalties in one game. Granted, they were both bullpoop.

The only thing that would make me happier tonight is see the Canes get a couple of goals and a win against the Habs.

Ugh... that Southeast division.

I'm hoping only one team gets in. I have a feeling TB and Carolina will leap-frog each other for 3rd and 9th place.

If there's hope for a first round upset, it's for the team that finishes 6th in the East and draws the winner of the Southeast.

Still boggles my mind when you look at these lines and the team's winning. Like, who would've ever have had Colton Orr riding shotgun with Kadri and MacArthur. I know Frattin's injured, but

Theres a guy in this stream-chat I'm watching that wants to trade reilly+ a pick for O'Reilly. Says Reilly is nothing to Gardiner.

So furious. Wouldn't trade either of them.

I like Orr there over the short term. Kadri plays better when he has space and other teams are going to give him a ton of it while Colton is on the ice.

I am with you.. Colton should've got that goal too.. that would've been incredible... would've tied him with the most goals he ever scored in a season...

Get Orr a Goal...

Nice "road" game for Toronto so far, i've thought they've had some pretty good speed for the most part and have done a good job at fore-checking. Kadri was real slick in that 2nd period. Some brutal D by the Panthers, but overall has been a good game for the Leafs. Only problems i've seen are a little too many giveaways, and of course getting hemmed in for a few extended periods, gotta get that puck out when you get the chance. Gotta keep it tight in the 3rd.

Orr is not nearly as terrible as I thought he'd be out there. I mean, he belongs on the 4th line, but at least he belongs on a line.
