That's a good comparison. Karlsson is a (frank)ing offensive champ, he can lack all he wants on the d side if his o side more than makes up for it. ANd so far it has. If only the Leafs didn't trade that one pick and then win games 67 and 72 to put them in the position they were in before Ottawa lost game 73 and made that roster change that put 2 players without any experience in the line up to help shore up their draft order and having the Flyers push the Leafs around to making them pick up Schenn. Karlsson would have been a Leaf.
